They prey on those who are having a crisis of faith, usually in times of tragedy and hardship. They can shapeshift into a trusted for that fees off of your worship. Twisting your faith into venomous ideologies until you are left but a husk that repeats its false lies, drawing new and fresh victims into its arms.
